Blended training programs specific to Train Driver, Shunter, Traffic Controller, Railway Road Construction, Maintenance Repairer, Rail Systems Signalization Maintenance Repairer professions will be prepared. The basis of our needs analysis is that in-service trainings specific to these professions (due to the Covid-19 outbreak) cannot be carried out. However, it coincides with our analysis of "Cedefop, (2020) Digital gap report during COVID-19 for VET students at risk in Europe". While deciding on which railway professions training programs to be prepared, the existence of a national occupational standard and competence (which is included in the ISCO classification) and the existence of railway safety-critical occupations were important parameters.
